Design-Build

Goshenix pre-construction services provide a formal approach for assisting our clients in developing scope, cost, and schedule to execute their capital projects. These services are client-specific and are tailored to meet the particular requirements of the project.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Goshenix acts in the capacity of agent for the owner/client rather than as an independent contractor. With this arrangement, the owner engages the trade contractors directly and thereby assumes much of the role and responsibility of the traditional general or prime contractor.
